1) Sorting
According to different types of the vegetables, this section could be completed by manual sorting or grader machine.
2) Washing
For the most vegetables, it mainly use the bubble type washing machine to wash the vegetables under high pressure water flow and potent bubbles, and to make the fully cleaning through the process of spreading, rolling, washing and conveying. But for some root vegetables which required to be peeled, could use the integrated type rolling brush washing machine to peel the vegetables while washing.
3) Cutting
According to different types vegetables and the final requirements, the vegetables could be cutted into different shapes and sizes by using vegetable cutter, or slicer, or dicer.
4) Blanching
Vegetable blanching is a process for vegetables go through the high temperature water to be boiled and sterilized.
5) Drying
After vegetables cooled from the blanching process, it's the dewatering and drying process. The drying process adopts both heating and blowing methods, to dry the vegetables through the hot wind, which could make fast and high heating effect.
6) Packing
For the dried and sliced or diced vegetables, mainly use the weighing type packing machine. But it also could be changed into vacuum packing machine according to customer's request.
