Full Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine
Full automatic bottle unscrambler machine is composed of feeding conveyor, unscrambler chamber, bottle distributing device for automatic bottle feeding, unscrambling and distributing. This full automatic bottle unscrambler machine is widely used in medium and large scale high speed bottle filling production line to connect with filling machine, capping machine and labling machine for continuous filling process. It could be used for all kinds of round-shape or square-shape bottles with different sizes.
Working Principle of Full Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine
The main body of full automatic bottle unscrambler machine is designed into cylinder-shape with object lotus node supporting legs, which its height could be adjusted to fit into different filling production lines. And inside the cylinder-shape body case, there is a vertical rotary drum with an umbrella-shaped cover in the center and many bottle dropping grooves in the outer edge. These bottle dropping grooves are connected to the lifting devices in inner side of the rotary drum. When bottles drop on the umbrella-shape cover, they would slid to the outer edge and pushed by the lifting devices into the grooves and then drop out from the outlet to the star wheel and then be distributed into the air delivery duct and conveyed to the filling production line.
