Cocoa Powder Production Line
Cocoa powder production line is an equipment line for processing cocoa beans into cocoa powder. The cocoa powder production line mainly includes cocoa beans roasting machine, cocoa beans crushing and skin removing machine, cocoa grinding colloid mill machine, cocoa hydraulic oil press machine and cocoa powder micro-grinding mill machine.
Through this process, cocoa beans would be firstly roasted, then peeled to remove the shell, then through hydraulic oil press to separate cocoa butter from cocoa oil cake. The cocoa butter could be used for further making chocolate. The cocoa oil cake would be grinded to make cocoa powder. And according to the required final cocoa powder size, the grinding machine could be adjusted to use general grinder machine or micro-powder grinder machine.
