Automatic round pot frying machine is a kind of smokeless and oil-water separation fryer with batch process, which is applicable to process all kinds of fried vegetables, nuts, pastry, meat, seafood, etc. The automatic round pot frying machine is mainly consist of oil temperature control system and hot oil circulation system, with automatic stirring system. Main Features of Automatic Round Pot Frying Machine
- 1) This frying machine is round pot type, which is easier for cleaning than square pot.
- 2) The automatic round pot frying machine is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which is rust and high temperature resistant, and easy to clean.
- 3) This automatic round pot frying machine adopts oil-water separation frying method. During frying process, the fried residues could be automatically filtered into lower water, which to keep the oil is clean for good frying effect.
- 4) This automatic round pot frying machine integrated the functions of frying, stiring and oil purifying in one, which could achieve the automatic frying to save manpower.
- 5) The automatic round pot frying machine uses the heat exchanger with CFD dynamic simulation design and multi-layer heating pipeline distribution, to form the hot air in S-shape inside the heat exchanger. This would keep the heat stay longer time inside the heating pipeline to make full use of the heat and reduce the heat loss.
- 6) In the bottom of the heat exchanger, there are double cooling methods with natural wind and water circulation cooling, which could keep the lower water temperature under 55℃, thus to make sure the safety of oil-water contact.
- 7) The automatic round pot frying machine has over-temperature protection device, which could ensure the fried product quality and operation safety.
- 8) The automatic round pot frying machine has automatic temperature control system, which the temperature could be set in the range of 0-230℃, to be suitable for frying different types materials.
