How Does the Plastic Crate Washing Machine Work?
1.
Loading: Crates are placed onto the entrance of conveyor belt, then moved into the washing tunnel automatically
2.
Pre-Washing: The crates are rinsed with first-section hot water to remove loose dirt and debris with all direction high-pressure water spray.
3.
Main Washing: Second-section resining with all direction high-pressure jets spray hot water and detergent onto the crates, scrubbing away stubborn dirt, grease, and bacteria.
4.
Rinsing: After washing, the crates are rinsed with clean water in third-section to remove any leftover detergent or residue, which we also recommend to use hot water.
5.
Drying: When crates are required to be dried after washing, the crates move into a drying section, where powerful blowers or hot air systems remove moisture, leaving the crates completely dry and ready to use. This drying section is an optional system which is chosen according to actual demand.
