Fresh Corn / Maize Sheller Machine
Fresh corn /maize sheller machine is specially designed for threshing fresh corns or maize. The fresh corn or maize after threshed could be further processed into canned corn, corn juice and corn dessert. This fresh corn /maize sheller machine is also called as fresh corn / maize shelling machine, fresh corn / maize thresher machine or fresh corn /maize threshing machine.
This fresh corn / maize sheller machine is mainly composed of chain type feeding conveyor, automatic cutter, separated outlets for corn niblet and corn cob, and body case. The whole system is made of 304 stainless steel, which is safe for food processing and easy to clean. The cutting depth for separating corn kernels and corn cobs could be adjusted to fit different types or sizes fresh corns. The shelling rate of this machine could reach to 98-99%, and the processing capacity is about 500-600kg/h.
