1) Sorting/Grading
This section mainly requires workers to make a primary sorting for the input fruits or vegetables, and pick out the foreign materials, withered and damaged parts.
2) Washing
By using the bubble washing machine or rolling brush washing machine to clean the fruits or vegetables accordingly. For some fruits or vegetables which need to be peeled, better use the rolling brush washing machine to peel them off at first, then use the bubble washing machine for cleaning again, just to get full cleaning effect.
3) Cutting
According to the fruit or vegetable type to choose the right cutting machine. Please note that the smaller pieces cutted, the harder for storage. So for better storage, better not cut the fruits or vegetables into too small pieces.
4) Preservation
Preservation is a very important section in this production line, because fruits and vegetables after washed and cutted would be perishable.
5) Dewatering
After washed, fruits and vegetable would be wet, which need to remove the water for better preservation.
6) Sterilization
Before washed fruits and vegetables are packed, they should be stertilized to make sure it's safe and healthy for cooking and eating.
7) Packing
After the all washing and preservation process finished, fruits or vegetables should be packed for better transportation and storage. Mostly this process requires vacuum package. But vacuum package are not suitable for all fruits and vegetables, like cabbages. So before you order this line, better confirm your raw materials at first.
