Working Process of Peanut Butter Production Line
1) The peanut roastering process use the drum type roaster, which adopts the rotating drum structure which push and turn over the peanuts for continuous full-angle heating and roasting. This roasting method use hot air as medium with the principle of heat conduction and radiation, to transfer heat energy on materials, which could make fast and even heating effect, also save energy and environmental friendly.
2) The peanut peeling process use the peanut spliting and peeling machine, which could split the peanuts while peeling. The splited and peeled peanuts would go into next process, while peanuts peel are collected to the waste collector.
3) The peanut grinding machine consists of rotor and stator, between rotor and stator there is the adjusted gap. When materials drop through the adjusted gap between rotor and stator, it makes the materials have stong shear, friction, high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex and other physical effects which to achieve the effective grinding and emulsification.
