Heat Shrink Film Packaging Machine
Heat shrink film packaging machine is mainly composed of conveying system, film packing system, cutting device and heat shrink furnace. Input products are automatically wrapped into film and cut for sealing, then go through the heat shrink furnace to be heated and shrink packaged.
Heat shrink film packaging machine is widely used in many different industries include food, beverage, software, pharmacy, printing, cosmetics, etc. It's mainly used for secondary package of the products which are already primary packed or filled to protect them from damage and scratches. This heat shrink film packaging machine adopts L type film wrapping, which is mainly for packing smaller size products, compared to sleeve type wrapping heat shrink packing machine.
Main Features of Heat Shrink Film Packaging Machine
- 1) PLC control system for full automatic operation to save manpower and labour cost;
- 2) Heat shrink furnace is with glass protection cover to ensure safe operation;
- 3) Heat shrink chamber has double hot air circulation system with adjustable temperature control;
- 4) The cutter of heat shrink film packaging machine is made of constant temperature type high quality aluminum alloy, which is anti-sticking with accurate cutting and zero smoke;
- 5) There is automatic rebound device with the cutter, which would rebound back when contact to packages;
- 6) The film package size could be adjusted according to input products without changing moulds;
- 7) There are PTFE insulation tubes covered on belt conveyor, which could protect film package damaged by the high temperature.
