- 1) The nut and peanut roasting machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which is rust resistant, easy to clean and healthy to food.
- 2) The drum type nut and peanut roasting machine is designed with 360° rotating net drum inside which nuts and peanuts could be turned over with it for uniform and high-quality roasting.
- 3) The nut and peanut roasting machine is designed with hot air as heating medium and automatic temperature control system. The heating temperature could be adjusted from 0 to 300 ℃. After temperature is set up, the whole roasting process would be under constant temperature to get good flavor.
- 4) The nut and peanut roasting machine uses high quality infrared catalytic burner to achieve flameless catalytic combustion and high efficiency of heat utilization. For each roasting drum, it only consumes 2-3kg gas per hour. And there is insulating layer with the machine to reduce the heat loss.
- 5) The nut and peanut roasting machine has automatic control panel, which is easy for operation.
- 6) The rolling drum of the nut and peanut roasting machine has enlarged design with 680mm diameter, which could achieve 100kg/h processing capacity with one drum.
