Full automatic ready-made bag filling type weighing packing machine is composed of conveyor feeding system, weighing system, automatic pouch deliver system, filling system, sealing system and inkjet printing device. It's a vertical design with full automatic feeding, weighing, filling, sealing and PLC control system. And it could be equipped with ziplock sealing, vacuum sealing and other assistant systems according to customer’s request.
This full automatic ready-made bag filling type weighing packing machine could be used for packing both powdery and granular type materials, like nuts, candies, jujube, potato chips, biscuits, salt, chilli powder, jelly, dried fruits, all types snacks, pet food, etc.
This full automatic ready-made bag filling type weighing packing machine has two filling types design: rotary filling type and linear filling type. The main difference between rotary filling type and linear filling type design is the filling process. One is filling in rotary design, while the other one is filling in linear design.
