Automatic stretch film thermoforming vacuum packaging machine is an integrated type vacuum packing and sealing machine with functions of film thermoforming, packing, vacuumizing, sealing, inkjet printing and slitting in one. The automatic stretch film thermoforming vacuum packaging machine is mainly composed of lower film, lower film forming system, filling system, top film, vacuum sealing system, inkjet printing system, slitting device, waste film collector, and PLC control system, which could achieve automatic and continuous operation.
The working principle of the automatic stretch film thermoforming vacuum packaging machine by using the lower stretchable and thermoplastic film as raw material to make packing containers, and then use the top film to heat seal the packages after it's vacuumized and filled with products. Then the whole package would be slitted to get separated packed products.
This automatic stretch film thermoforming vacuun packaging machine is mainly used for packing smaller size food products, include meat, sea food, fruits, vegetables, etc.
