Tunnel Spray Type Sterilization Machine
Tunnel spray type sterilization machine is mainly used for atmospheric pasteurization of bottled or canned drinks and fruit or vegetable canned food, also could be used for cooling of PET bottled tea drinks, and heat preservation of carbonated drinks.
Tunnel spray type sterilization machine adopts three-step or multi-step processing, include hot water circulating spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling, cold water cooling. The sterilization and cooling time could be adjusted through frequency control system with adjustable temperature control system and automatic operation.
Through the tunnel spay type sterilization machine, the products could be sterilized in full direction with full sterilization effect. And the products after sterilization and cooling could achieve the purpose of longer storage time. The tunnel spray type sterilization machine could be adjusted to fit bottled and canned products in different sizes and shapes.
