Bottle Tilting Type Sterilization Machine
Bottle tilting type sterilization machine is an automatic and chain type sterilization machine mainly for cap sterilization of bottled drinks. When bottled drinks go through the tilting type conveying chain after high temperate filling process, bottles would be tilted 90° or 96° or 110°, then use the high temperature of the drinks (≥80°) to sterilize the bottle caps. The sterilization time is gengerally about 30-40 seconds, but could be adjusted according to actual operation.
The bottle tilting type sterilization machine is mainly used for high temperature filled bottle drinks, like fruit juice, tea water, etc.
The bottle tilting type sterilization machine could make the sterilization during conveying process with automatic bottle tilting system, and it could use its own temperature without any supporting heating system.
